Owning to the absence of both the President and Secretary only routine business was transacted and the session was a short one. E. B. Vawter, the retiring secretary took the notes of the meeting.
The minutes of the January meeting were read and approved.
The House Committee reported the purchase of a plate glass top for one of the reading tables at a cost of $14.00.
The Librarian's report shows total volumes on shelves 6035, circulation for the month 3035, number of borrowers 1965.
The financial report was presented as follows:
Balance on hands: $2602.34
The Librarian's petty cash account had a balance of $5.73. Fines and fees collected $13.70
