Past Muslim Journeys Programs

   MUSLIM JOURNEYS  at West Lafayette Public Library

The Library is the recipient of an American Library Association/National Endowment for the Humanities grant titled "Muslim Journeys".  

Funding from the grant is making possible a series of programs intended " to help public audiences in the United States become more familiar with the people, places, history, faith, and cultures of Muslims around the world and within the U.S."

A book talk series presented in the Fall/Spring of 2014, included discussions and lectures by experts in the field of Muslim Culture.

A film series presented in May 2013 included q&a discussions, led by experts in the field of Muslim culture. 

All films are now available for check-out at the Library.
