Wireless Access & Printing
Wireless access to the Internet is available to our patrons. The network’s name is Public. It is an open network, and as such there is no security for your computer. You are responsible for the security of your own machine.

You can print from your wireless laptop at the library. You need to install the printer software - see the instructions below.
DEFAULT PRINTING IS COLOR PRINTING - - COLOR costs $.50 per page,
- Black & White costs $.10 per page. To switch to grayscale and avoid the color printing charge - click on printer preferences and then click on the color tab and choose grayscale. Not sure how? Click here for screen shots.
- You are responsible to pay for all pages you print. Use print preview to see what you are printing.
- Pay for and pick up your print outs at the Check Out Desk on the first floor.
Printer Software Installation Instuctions
To print to our wireless printer you must install the drivers for the HP Photsmart C7280.
- Click here to download the HP Photosmart Basic Driver software for your operating system. The Windows XP & Vista software is also available on a CDROM at the first floor Information Desk.

- Install the software on your computer
- Choose through the network for the connection type.

- During the installation process the software will look for the printer on the Public network. Choose the Photosmart C7200 series printer. You may need to run the search more than once to find the printer.
- Pick up your print outs at the Check Out Desk on the first floor.
- Questions? Ask at the first floor Information Desk.
